Look at what the chief Mooooonbat femiNAZI (who has bigger onions than Obama and Biden) has to say about Sarah Palin…. the Mooooonbat squawks…
Just so you get it, the extra “o”s in moonbat are there to evoke the bovine nature of the so-called woman, Gloria Steinem.

As I watched the speech last night and while I have been frequenting several message boards, I have noticed that the fanatical left has done nothing but try and tear down Sarah Palin. I expect this from the left. After all she is their opponent and you try and raise questions about your opponent’s weaknesses. That is how the game is played. What bothers me is the fact that the left is going after her family the way they are. I have heard every thing from Alan Colmes report that it was poor prenatal care that led to that child being handicapped, to the DU’ers and the Daily Kos crowd, saying that the child is not really her’s, but it is Bristol’s and that they are hiding that fact. Even Michael Moore is demanding to see DNA test results. Note to Alan Colmes, Downs Syndrome is a genetic anomaly, not something that is caused from poor prenatal care, your poor attempts to make her look like an unfit mother is falling upon deaf ears. Well at least those of us that some brains between our ears. Some of those attacks can be read about here.
Obama said something that I actually agree with to an extent “family is out of bounds, especially children” **Disclaimer** I believe that children are out of bounds, kids are kids and they will mess up, but spouses are not to be off-limits unless, they are sitting on the sidelines, watching. The moment a spouse steps out on the trail and delievers a speech they are campaigning and become fair game.

I gotta say that Palin OWNED everyone in the DNC and that Guilanni was a great speaker as was Huckabee. They all put the DNC in their place. I’m solidly behind their candiacy now. Call me a believer, but holy crap it was good.

I read a great quote in Peggy Noonan’s column today:
Another Bubblehead blind spot. I’m bumping into a lot of critics who do not buy the legitimacy of small town mayorship (Palin had two terms in Wasilla, Alaska, population 9,000 or so) and executive as opposed to legislative experience. But executives, even of small towns, run something. There are 262 cities in this country with a population of 100,000 or more. But there are close to a hundred thousand small towns with ten thousand people or less. “You do the math,” the conservative pollster Kellyanne Conway told me. “We are a nation of Wasillas, not Chicagos.”
That’s a great line, and a great point. Here’s the link.

Well, maybe it’s not news. Maybe it’s not even a surprise.

As if this is news, but I still like quoting the second dumbest senator:
As the American people have made very clear, the last thing this country needs is another four years of the same old failed Bush-McCain policies of the past.”
Yawn. Actually, the last thing this country needs is another four years of the same old lame Bush-bashing idiocy of the past. But you really gotta love how Dubya is a such an albatross for the Democrats. I smile at the fact that they spend so much of their energy fueling their burning hatred for the man. And to think that they condemn his policies, despite voting for them, as “bad for America,” and then propose the oh-so-American alternative of Marxism-lite, with a little progressive tyranny thrown in for good measure, lest the proletariat have an adverse reaction the medicine they’ve prescribed. And even then, it will all somehow be Bush’s fault.
More of Reid’s atom-splitting mental prowess:
In particular, the Nevada Democrat took issue with Lieberman’s assertion that Obama has not crossed party lines.”
Took issue? With what, the truth? I believe it was the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan who said: “You’re entitled to your own opinion, but you’re not entitled to your own facts.”
Harry Reid should be the poster child for the Planned Parenthood, seeing as how nobody on the left seems to want a baby with any defects (a fossil of their past enthusiasm for eugenics), but I worry that it would cause abortions to spike. After all, would you want to give birth to the next Harry Reid?

I started reading this article by Pat Buchanan expecting the usual isolationist blathering possibly spiced up with some anti Sarah Palin rhetoric. I was wrong.

In an obvious realization that their attacks on Palin are having a negative effect on Obama, the Democrats decide to shift the focus back to the crusty old war-monger.
Ever since John McCain announced his selection of Sarah Palin as his running mate four days ago, Republicans (along with quite a few Democrats) have talked about little else. But convincing voters that Palin will make a good vice president is not the most important task at hand at this nominating convention.
Republicans have to convince voters that John McCain would make a good president or that Barack Obama would make a bad one. Or both. Obama is leading, however narrowly, in all the polls, and the Republicans need to take him down a peg or two this week.”
Before you think that is an honest encouragement to the Republicans, you have to realize that they’re actually trying to return Obama to the role of victim in order to reverse the damage caused by his campaign’s vicious attacks on Palin. They know full well that their arguments against Palin have gotten nasty & personal, and quite thoroughly disgusting. How to remedy this? Why, prod the Republicans into attacking Obama, of course:
And Fred Thompson did his best, calling Obama “the most liberal, most inexperienced nominee to ever run for president.”
He said that Obama’s real skills amounted to no more than giving a “teleprompter speech designed to appeal to American critics abroad” and accused him of saying at a recent forum “that the protection of the unborn or a newly born baby is above his pay grade.”
True, Thompson could not leave the subject of Sarah Palin alone. “Some Washington pundits and media big shots are in a frenzy over the selection of a woman who has actually governed rather than just talked a good game on the Sunday talk shows and hit the Washington cocktail circuit,” Thompson said.
“And I can say without fear of contradiction,” he went on, “that she is the only nominee in the history of either party who knows how to properly field dress a moose — with the possible exception of Teddy Roosevelt.”
All true statements, of course. I really hope Fred Thompson gets a prominent post in the McCain administration. Anyway, Fred Thompson didn’t “accuse” Obama of saying that - Obama actually said it! Sure he was trying to soften the public relations blow of his support for infanticide, but it’s a transparent gambit, and one that is too clever by half. Fred didn’t say anything last night that wasn’t true, but rather everything he said was all too true, and The Deciders™ know it. Probably better than the mud trolls in the community-based reality.
And after all their bitching about the focus on Palin, what do The Deciders™ do? Why, they focus on Palin, of course:
He would get no argument there, but just about everything else about Palin is still arguable. Like whether she is really ready to be the president if she has to.”
Substitute Obama for Palin and you could say the same thing. In fact, the evidence of their experience and judgement leads one to believe that Palin is actually more prepared that either Obama or Biden. Other than being the Second Coming, Obama has never really done anything of note. Sure, those speeches sure are great, but it takes more than that to lead the free world. It takes judgement and a strong moral compass. Throughout his life, Obama has shown a capacity for neither. And Biden? Seriously, who actually thinks that guy is qualified for anything other than the Senate? It’s people like Biden for which government is created. Otherwise, he’d be unemployable. The people of Delaware probably keep electing him solely to keep him off the streets. When the Senate is on furlough, Biden performs in the talk show circus, and gets paid to stick both feet in his mouth. In keeping with the Dilbert Principle, he has clearly been promoted to a level where he can do the least amount of damage.
So to turn the tables on The Deciders™, is Obama or Biden ready to be president if they have to? As I no doubt assume your answer is yes, then why so? Because if you’re argument is experience, then why does Palin’s experience not measure up? Is it because she has a vagina? Well, maybe so, but at least she isn’t a pussy like your candidates are. If I were a disinterested voter having to choose between ONLY Obama & Palin, I’d still pick her. Think about it: Palin was a highschool sports star & beauty queen who hunts, fishes, flys her own float plane, coaches basketball, and plays hockey; Obama was a high school druggie who plays White House, has a custom embroidered seat on his chartered jet, shoots nothing but hoops, and body surfs.
Call me crazy, but is there really a choice? And when you consider that Obama doesn’t even stack up to Palin, just imagine the vast disparity between him and an American hero like McCain. If this is the Great Black Hope of the Democrat Party, then they are as hopeless as the view of America held by Rev. Jerry Wright and Michelle Obama.
This is sitename and some description about your self here...
